The beaches of La Marina are just a 10 minute drave away (5km). The space You enter into the separate light well equipped kitchen, which has a full sized oven, separate electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. From the kitchen, you enter the spacious living room which has two comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV, with UK television channels, WI-FI, it is also equipped with a ceiling fan and Air conditioning unit. At the opposite end is the dining area, with table and chairs that overlooks the swimming pool area. The dining area also leads out on the elevated terrace also overlooking the pool area and is a fantastic area to have evening drinks watching the sun go down in the evening. There is also another door leading from the dining area down some steps to the pool area. From the living area you enter the inner hall which provides access to all the bedrooms and family shower room. The master bedroom is on the left, and has a double bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. This also has an air conditioning unit. The second double bedroom has a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The third bedroom has a single bed chest of drawers. The recently renovated shower room has a full walk in shower, toiler and modern hand basin with storage under. Next to the pool area is a under build that houses the washing machine, and also a fridge to store cool drinks while outside. There is also a convenient toilet here to use whilst outside. Outside there is a the lovely large swimming pool, with an outside table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining and sunbeds to relax in around the pool. Villa Michelle is in a really convenient location on La Marina urbanisation, and less then a 20 minutes walk to Consum Square and all other main restaurant/supermarket areas on the urbanisation. The urbanization of La Marina is inland from the village of La Marina, and is part of San Fulgencio municipality. This is a large residential area with plenty of green areas, including the El Oasis nature park with pine trees. There are a number of commercial areas that provide supermarkets, a number of bars and restaurants. There is normally some live music on in one of the bars most days. There are markets in the centre of the urbanization on a Thursday and Sunday, and then another large market on a Saturday on the outskirts of the urbanization near the N332. There are a couple of public swimming pools available, as well as a new mini golf park in the sports complex. The urbanization provides a number of holiday rentals, and most have their own or communal swimming pools, as well as the ease of getting to all the other local towns and villages.
