Angging Kubo – Our Modern Bahay Kubo The Angging Kubo is a unique blend of tradition and technology—a modern take on the classic bahay kubo. This is our family’s personal space, and we invite you to treat it with the same care and warmth. It features: • Fully air-conditioned living room in our main kubo and kitchen • 2 air-conditioned rooms • Voice-activated home system • Microwave, coffee maker, 4-slot toaster, and rice cooker Explore with Bugoy & Basha Joyride Add a touch of adventure to your stay with the Bugoy and Basha Joyride, available upon request and subject to availability (additional fees apply). This guided tour includes a scenic pitstop at our second property by the lake, the Milk Station (Farmers Cooperative), before returning to the peaceful charm of Ipe’s Garden via a breathtaking route. Our Golf Carts: Bugoy - Yamaha G1 top down cart that can sit 4 passengers including our driver Basha - EZGO TXT that can sit 5 passengers including our driver Note that our Golf Carts are well maintained and we do not allow guest to drive the buggies on their own. Our local drivers are on standby and would love to show you around their hometown. Guest access When you book, you get full access to the entire property and all its amenities—ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. Designed to blend harmoniously with nature and the natural slope of the land, the property features multiple levels connected by stairs, some of which are steep. While the unique layout adds charm and character, we recommend extra care for elders and guests with mobility concerns. Other things to note Our main kubo is air conditioned including the living room. Among our 3 small kubos, only 1 small kubo (Pasuquin) is equipped with AC. We are still in the process of upgrading.
