The space This serene two-story designer house is built in teak, hardwoods and natural elements and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with frequent wildlife sightings. With a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms in the main house for 6-8 people and a private suite (we call it the Jungle Suite) with private bathroom and terrace ideal for 2-3 people. The Jungle Suite is located adjacent to the pool, just a few meters from the main house, enough to be a private or romantic retreat. The first thing that strikes you when entering the house are the majestic ocean views, the garden with an infinity pool, and the beautiful terrace that embraces the entire house, connecting all areas and inviting you to the social area and kitchen. The open concept kitchen in the heart of this cozy house is well-equipped and features pieces of art and crafts that will delight your senses while cooking with the most stunning views. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. It has a large and comfortable table for 10 people, numerous comfortable terraces, a reading and yoga area, and private places to relax around on the ground floor. On the ground floor there are also 3 spacious bedrooms: The Sirena, The Vanity and Groovy Room and you will find the master bedroom on the upper level. Each room has its own character and comfort, closets, rest areas, and full bathrooms with good water pressure and temperature, ideal for body restoration after a warm tropical and adventurous day. Each room has ventilators. The masterpiece of this house is the art carved in the lattice of the wooden windows that spans the entire house, providing fresh cross ventilation from the ocean and a romantic glow in the air. Carefully selected pieces of art and furniture, lamps and fabrics, Loma Sibo has to be experienced with all the senses. Guest access The rooms: On the ground floor, the Sirena room has a double bed, a comfortable and private toilet, and a large shower. It has a closet and storage space. Just outside this room and shared with the kitchen and social area is a private toilet. The Vanity and Groovy room is perfect for families. The Vanity room has two twin beds connected by a full bathroom with 2 showers with the Groovy room. This room sleeps 2 people in a comfortable king size bed. It also has a small desk for work or dressing use, a large terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy a private morning coffee or read a book with stunning ocean views. The stairs next to the kitchen will take you to the exceptional master bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 sinks, bathtub and shower. A large closet and decorative furniture and chairs complete this room. You can watch the whales play during whale season and dream under the full moon or the cozy sunrise. The master bedroom's private balcony with sofa bed and furniture is a viewpoint to the jungle and ocean and can hardly be better. If you take a short private path around the pool, you will arrive at the Jungle Suite. This suite can be rented together with the main house and can accommodate up to 3 people. Ideal for visitors, a small family joining the larger group or a couple, this room has a queen size bed and a single bed, a private bathroom with a beautiful outdoor shower with ocean views, a coffee maker and a small refrigerator, outdoor furniture and a dining area with ocean views on the terrace with a day bed. This is the escape within paradise. Other things to note The property has a private entrance with a gate that it shares with a house located in another area of the same property, not visible from Loma Sibo. It is reached by a road in good condition just 500 meters from the main road, known as Calle Canopy, which connects Montezuma with the town of Delicias. Once inside the property and along a private road just a few meters away, you'll find the garage area that has enough parking space for 2 large cars under a roof and many other secure parking spaces. Álvaro, who lives next to the property in his own house, takes care of Loma Sibo, which provides security and privacy to our guests, but he is also conveniently located to attend to any emergency, as well as our hostess, Ximena, who lives near the house and can help you make your stay and vacation unique by personalizing your stay and adventures. We can provide you with breakfast or catering service for an additional fee if you want to disconnect.
