In the Pays d'Oise et d'Halatte, located on the upper floor of a wing of our house, our independent 55 m² apartment will accommodate you alone, as a couple, with family or friends. The calm of our street ensures a restful night. Possibility to dine outdoors. The apartment includes a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed. Wi-Fi and TV available to cast your content. Independent access from our house. The space The accommodation consists of a closed bedroom equipped with a double bed, a bathroom/toilet with bathtub and an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave/grill). The accommodation also has a double sofa bed (10 cm mattress) and a TV in the sitting area. The accommodation is non-smoking. Guest access Guests will have access to a parking space for their vehicle (bike, car or van) in the garden enclosure and will be able to enjoy the outdoor terrace located in front of the house. A pétanque court is accessible to guests in front of our house in the garden. Children can enjoy the garden and trampoline. Other things to note Pontpoint is located in the center of the Compiègne, Senlis, Chantilly triangle. Several castles are to visit: Pierrefonds, Compiègne and Chantilly, all within 30 minutes. Several golf courses are close to the house: Raray, Chantilly, Apremont. The Halatte forest occupies part of the municipality of Pontpoint. Many walks in the forest will take you on foot to Mont Pagnotte or by bike to Senlis or Chantilly. Parc Asterix via the A1 is 25 km away, 30 min maximum by car.
