La Casa de Carrizo Section A

Our home is located in an area where the surrounding homes are rented. It has its private entrance and parking space if bringing a car. It is a walking distance to Zicatela Surfing Beach. This house offers you the opportunity to make food at home. Our home is split into 3 sections. Please be considerate of loud noises near the other sections. There is a patio and pool area for everyone to share. No loud noises or music after 10 pm. We want everyone to enjoy their resting time. The space It is a small studio that accommodates 2 adults or 2 adults and 1 kid. It has a full kitchen to cook meals. The water heater is solar so there is a probability you will not have hot water if you shower late at night or early morning. Guest access You have access to the patio and pool area. Please keep in mind it is shared with the other sections as well. Other things to note We are not home most of the year. The cleaning fee you pay for is to clean before you arrive and when you leave. If you would like additional cleaning it is available for an extra charge. We provide purified water, toilet paper, dish soap, and paper towels. When you are running low on supplies please send me a message since my helper isn't available 24/7.
