The space From the moment you key in your access code (no keys to have to remember) and step inside your cozy home away from home, you can kick back and relax. Laneway Lodgings is a luxurious and peaceful haven in the heart of Newcastle. A very well equipped open plan kitchen (all cooking needs, nespresso machine, dishwasher, full size fridge) and comfortably stylish lounge flows through to a separate and very comfortable bedroom with loads of storage and luggage racks if you don't feel like unpacking. A foldout ironing area in the wardrobe will let you freshen up your clothes for a night out on the town and you will sleep like a baby in the new pillow topped queen bed, wrapped in 1200 t/c egyptian cotton sheets. We provide some fresh snacks for your first day and early risers can be down at the beach for an early morning dip and a cappucino and still be back in time for breakfast. You can choose to whip up your own hot breakfast in your sleek and stylish kitchen but to be honest, with so many quirky cafes close by, you probably won't need the nespresso machine provided. After a hard day on the beach or sightseeing, come home to a hot shower in your elegant and well designed ensuite, equipped with palm-oil free soap and thick fluffy towels, before you sit in the leafy courtyard and sip a glass of bubbly while pondering whether to eat at home or try one of the many terrific restaurants within a short walk. We are happy to consider allowing a small furry friend to accompany you with some conditions - please check under House Rules for our Dog Stay Policy. Guest access Entry is keyless - you will receive your own unique door code prior to arriving. Other things to note A dedicated covered car park can be provided upon request - access is via a narrow laneway and please be aware that any vehicle exceeding 4.6 metres in length will not fit in the car space. For example, Toyota Hilux, Ford Rangers and similar are too large for the space, Mazda CX60, up to BMW4 series, Toyota Corolla/Camry sedans etc will all fit. Street parking within 30m is free all weekend and street parking within 200m is free 7 days/wk.
