You will sleep in a high-end TEMPUR memory foam mattress. You will enjoy a swimming pool (size 6 x 3 m) with salt and flat bottom, ideal temperature since it is heated in winter. The accommodation is air-conditioned* *Air conditioning is limited to 8 to 10 hours per night and the accommodation is fully enclosed. The space You will have at your disposal a T2 type accommodation just for you with 1 office bedroom upstairs. On the ground floor you will have the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. As well as a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Guest access You will have a T2 type accommodation just for you with 1 separate office bedroom upstairs. On the ground floor you will have the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. You will have access to a swimming pool shared with the owner and an outdoor space right next to it. Other things to note The accommodation is reserved exclusively for tenants and does not allow for the reception or hosting of other vacationers. Similarly, the private (and shared) swimming pool is exclusively for tenants' use. The air conditioning in the accommodation can only be operated at night, when the entire unit is closed, and for a maximum of 8 to 10 hours per night. Air conditioning is only available in summer. The swimming pool is only heated in winter.
