This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. A dedicated washer/dryer is located across from the cottage. We are Superhosts committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable space for our guests. The space The Studio Cottage is located in our backyard. We are a family of three including our adult son. (He is the tall, good looking man you may see on the property.) The neighborhood is safe, quiet and close to mass transportation and other amenities. We have two small rescued dogs, Rugby and Koda. There is a fence separating them from the Studio Cottage. We try to keep them inside when guests arrive because they do bark. There is an outdoor space to use when weather permits and we have a garden that includes flowers, hummingbirds and squirrels. Guest access Guests access the Studio Cottage through a private entrance that has a couple steps. Check-in is independent of the hosts. If you are checking in after dark, let us know so we can leave outdoor lights on. Please make sure the gate closes completely so our little dogs do not get out. Other things to note The hair dryer is under the bathroom sink. The iron is above the stove. There is a fan above the stove for those rare hot days.
