It’s a 13-square meter room designed for transient tourists or people who want to get away from their homes for a few days. The space is ideal for two people. Fully furnished, clean, cozy, and relaxing place with all of the amenities of a comfortable home, a perfect place for you! For you to have a greater experience, we will be providing you with the use of the following in addition to the basic furnishings: - Microwave oven - Free Wifi - Towels - Airconditioner - Two-door refrigerator - 40” Smart TV - Utensils - Electric Water Boiler - Shower Heater Guest access Guests can use anything that can be seen inside the place during their stay. There is actually no limit to electricity but we encourage you to conserve energy. The building has a 24 hours security. Trash area is located on the Lower Ground (LG) floor of the building. Proper disposal is necessary to avoid pests/ infestation during your stay. There’s a self-service laundry room with dryers at the Upper Ground (UG) floor for a nominal fee.
