The space Note: ** Admission to Point Pelee National Park is free from Dec 12, 2025 to Jan 15, 2026 ** Note: ** JetSkis / paddle boards are just for show, these are not available for use. You can use the dock to access the water with any paddle board / kayaks that you bring. You can rent the JetSki lifts if you have personal JetSkis. There are a few places that rent out kayaks and paddle boards. There’s another place that rents out JetSkis. ** Set on the picturesque lake, our house boasts 100 feet of serene waterfront. The expansive backyard features a cozy fire pit by the water, setting the scene for memorable moments. Step inside this newly renovated haven, showcasing tasteful tile and hardwood finishes throughout. The kitchen features a spacious 8’x4’ island and an elevated countertop, while the bathroom is modernized with a sleek tub-shower combo and a wall-to-wall vanity. Relax in the newly furnished living room, equipped with a luxurious Lazyboy sectional couch and an 85” TV for your entertainment. A captivating gas fireplace adds a cozy touch to the open concept space that blends the kitchen and living room seamlessly. Accommodations include two bedrooms: a snug room with a plush queen bed and a master suite with two ultra-soft queen beds, each furnished with high-quality bedding and a comforting weighted blanket. The home's design highlights an abundance of natural light with extra-wide windows, offering uninterrupted lake views. For your comfort, these windows are fitted with blackout curtains, allowing you to choose between waking up to the sunrise or sleeping in late. A patio door in the central area seamlessly connects the indoors to the lakeside ambiance. Guest access As our valued guest, you will have exclusive access to the entirety of the property and house, with the exception of the unfinished basement. This area is kept locked. Please note that the house is elevated, requiring stair access. For guests needing assistance, we have a power lift that can accommodate a wheelchair to reach the front door. After using the lift, there is one step to cross the doorway. Beyond this, the house is a single-floor layout, ensuring easy mobility. We kindly request all guests to use the power lift only if necessary. The lift is an essential facility for some guests, and avoiding unnecessary use helps maintain its functionality and longevity. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
