The space The Old Bakehouse Studio is our beautiful 1 bedroom studio flat in the heart of the lovely fishing village of Eyemouth. We are situated on Kirk Square which is very close to the working harbour where you can sit and watch fishing and diving boats, visiting yachts, enjoy thrilling rib trips that take you along our stunning coastline or just feed the seals and swans. We are just 2 minutes from the beach, there are wonderful coastal walks and we have an excellent local golf course. Eyemouth has a good selection of local amenities, and they are all right on our doorstep, including Giapazzis, an award winning fish and chip restaurant and ice cream parlour, the very stylish Oblo Bar and Bistro, a selection of good pubs, an award winning home bakery, a butcher, a fish monger and fruit and veg shop & a supermarket. Guest access Self contained second floor studio flat comprising an ground floor entrance hall and staircase leading to a large living and dining area with Freeview and a Smart TV & WIFI. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has a dishwasher/microwave/ fridge freezer and washer/dryer. The bedroom area has a king size bed with a Hypnos mattress and Egyptian cotton bedding and there is a separate shower room. There is outdoor seating available in the owners walled garden. The Studio is not suitable for small children other than babies who can use a travel cot and we reserve the right to refuse a booking if it includes an infant, toddler or young child. Other things to note Eyemouth is served by buses and taxis and we are within 20 minutes of the East Coast mainline railway station at Berwick-upon-Tweed and Reston. There is on street parking immediately outside the flat's front door and the parking is free. Eyemouth has a working harbour and a summer population of breeding gulls.
