The space **The unit is located on the ground level of the house with a private entrance. Offering the best of our south-facing sunshine and mountain views. Open space outside of the rental welcomes many types of wildlife year-round and your very own private sauna to help you relax after a beautiful day out. With only a few homes on our cul de sac, it remains very quiet and has very little and infrequent traffic. Guest access The entire space is private, located on the lower level of our home. Including; parking for two cars in the driveway, private entrance with keypad, one bedroom w/queen-sized bed, ensuite full bathroom, walk-in closet, full coffee bar w/mini fridge and microwave, live edge table for enjoying your meals or working remotely, heated outdoor seating area, private sauna, and private patio. Other things to note While you will be in a completely private suite in the home, my husband and I do live within the property above. Please be aware that you might see or hear us, our cat Cumin & puppy Freya, and we may see or hear you as well. We have installed sound-dampening blankets on all conjoining doors to the main house for your comfort and do our best to be conscientious of your visit. **4x4 or AWD is needed from October through May as the roads can be icy or covered in snow. We do not have the means to provide support for vehicles that get stuck in these conditions, and will not grant refunds for a last-minute cancelation due to inaccessibility. Please keep an eye on pending weather conditions and book rental cars accordingly. If you have the right vehicle you should have no issues. Please drive slowly on our mountain roads to keep yourself and our wildlife safe. **Please note that the kitchenette does not have a wash sink (there is a sink in the bathroom), nor an oven/stove. It does have a microwave and mini-fridge for basic needs. We are only 5 minutes away from the heart of Downtown Evergreen where you'll find a wide variety of grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. See our guidebook for some of our favorites. Gear storage (bikes, boats, ski/snowboard, fishing, camping, etc.) is available in our garage upon request. **No pets allowed. Additional fees and taxes may apply.
