Permit: CESTRP-2025-01316 We have monthly pest control, but the remoteness of the home means, you are in their habitat. Bugs, rodents, snakes etc. are common in the desert. Please make sure to keep all doors and windows shut and close them immediately after entering to ensure you aren't letting flies or other critters inside. No pets allowed in the pool or spa. Pet hair can ruin our filters. If pet hair is found in the filters, we will charge you for replacement. Noise Ordinance - San Bernardino does not allow amplified music of any kind (even bluetooth speakers) at any time of day. We have noise decibal monitors that will alert us if you are being too loud. Any fines will be passed down to the renters. Light Ordinance - Joshua Tree protects its night skies by requiring guests to turn outdoor lights off by 10pm. Please make sure to abide by these rules.
