Hot water in the shower, fully automatic washing machine, towels, and amenity kits. The space This one bedroom unit is located on the 15th floor of Tower C, Mplace at South Triangle, Quezon City. The window is facing the city (Camelot hotel and Timog/Morato area) - you may also park at MPLACE Savemore's basement parking which is near the entrance of the building. Parking fee: P60 for the first two hours, P30 per succeeding hours. - Overnight parking (1:30-6 am) is P300 + regular parking fee. PLEASE PARK ONLY IN THE DESIGNATED AREAS. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY VIOLATION TICKET. SWIMMING POOL: Pool is accessible for P150 per person per day, or P300 per person per day during holidays. You can purchase pool tickets directly from the Admin Office, which is open from 9AM-6PM Monday to Friday, and 9AM-1PM on Saturday. The Admin Office is closed on Sundays and Holidays, so if you would like to swim during those days, please buy the tickets in advance, or let us know and we can buy tickets for you. Pool is open 6am to 10pm for adults, and 6am to 6pm for children. The unit can accommodate up to four people and has the following: -digital door lock -full size bed (54x75") with bed sheet set (fitted sheet, top sheet and pillows) and fleece blankets - a sofa bed - table and 4 chairs - Window AC (panasonic inverter with nanoex) - unlimited Sky Fiber WIFI 20mbps - 55" samsung smart TV, Netflix, YouTube - work station with shelves and a chair -wardrobe with mirrors - clothes drawers -clothes hanger -water heater in the shower - washing machine - panasonic refrigerator - induction cooker - Water kettle - French press coffee maker - Rice cooker -pot, pan, plates, complete utensils - faucet mounted drinking water filter -sprinkler system -smoke detector -fire extinguisher -filter-type range hood - Bath towels and amenity kits (one for each guest), plus hand and kitchen towels - Coffee, Sugar, Spices, Soy Sause, Fish Sauce, Vinegar, Cooking Oil for use in the unit for free(limited and not refillable) The building has excellent amenities, including outdoor garden, jogging path, children playground, two adult and two kids pools. The ground floor of the building houses a mall with Savemore supermarket, 7-Eleven store, Ace Hardware, BDO, Sports Central, Massage center, The Buffalo Wings N'Things, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leave, and a number of other shops and restaurants. The mall also has a paid parking. Condo is beside Vice Comedy Bar. Guest access We have electronic door lock, and password will be provided prior to checking in. Condominium facilities include: -24-Hour Security and concierge -4 elevators -back-up generator -smoke detector -fire alarm - spacious airconditioned lobby to entertain guests - outdoor garden, - jogging path, - children playground -four swimming pools with a fee Parking - 2 options: 1. Dedicated parking space at additional P370/day (subject of availability, so please check with the host if it is available) 2. Mall/Savemore Pay parking, which is in the same building. Other things to note All guests must send copies of government issued IDs as early as possible to process Guest Authorization Form. Please also bring the IDs with you during the checkin - you have to leave the ID with the guard in the lobby. If you are planning to have a visitor (without overnight stay), you have to let us know in advance. Visitors need to have their IDs with them to check in with the guards, and are allowed to stay only until 10pm. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. P2,000 penalty for each of these violations. Please take note that we do not have control over the internet.
