Cozy and family-friendly

Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful family accommodation. We are a young family of 2 adults, 1 child/young person and a kitten. We've decided to share our private space with others to grow and expand. We like to talk and/or philosophize, enjoy being at home, reading a good book and watching a movie on the weekend. We respect privacy with the limitations offered by family living. If you vibe with us, you're welcome The space A quiet place in Valencia's capital. Our apartment is located in a very quiet area with easy access to all of Valencia. The building is usually very clean. We are on the 3rd floor and have 2 elevators that are always in good condition. In front we have La Rambleta Natural Park, where you can go for a walk / run among trees and streams, listen to the birds singing and spend a pleasant and relaxing moment in contact with nature. Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find the La Rambleta Cultural Center, where you can enjoy art, music, and theater. It is a 7-story building dedicated to entertainment. If you come by car, there is plenty of room to park it safely and totally free. If you come without a car, we can arrange and offer you the shuttle service with our vehicle at an affordable price. (It is something we must organize because we work, but it is possible) In any case, diagonal to the building is the bus stop number 10, which will take you to the center of Valencia in just 25 minutes and if you want to go to the beach, you will only have to walk about 7 minutes to the bus stop number 99. The latter also passes through the City of Arts and Sciences, which is considered a must-see. (other buses 9, 18) Just opposite we have a sports center (Forus Rambleta) that has a gym, various classes, swimming pool, sauna and spa that you can purchase for as long as you want. Additionally, and as a gift to my guests, you can enjoy the massages I offer as a chiromasseur at a 20% discount. (The cabin is located on the ground floor of the property). Feel free to ask for any additional services you need. Note: No additional guests accepted. Guest access You have a toilet for your private use (not inside your room). It's a toilet, not a full bathroom. We'll share the shower in the main bathroom. You can put together simple dishes in our kitchen (salads, sandwiches, etc.). Do not cook as you would on a stove or in an oven. You can also use the microwave. You have space in the fridge and pantry to store food. You can use the living/dining room to eat. You can use the balcony (you can see nice sunsets) Valencia's sky usually gives us beautiful colors. During your stay Although we enjoy privacy very much, we like to socialize and are very talkative. So don't hesitate to ask or request what you need, and we'll find a way to help you. Upon arrival, you'll have our cell phone numbers to always be in touch when we're away. I've mentioned in other sections that if you need private transportation service, let us know and we'll see if we can provide it with our car. We don't always offer it because it will depend on our other activities. But everything is asked and discussed. 🙂 Never feel alone unless that's what you want. Our intention is to make you feel at home. Other things to note We have a pet kitten that hangs around the house. She may want to enter your room, so we recommend keeping the door closed. At home we don't wear the shoes we wear on the street, so we recommend that you have slippers or socks to wear at home. My son loves video games and usually plays, especially on weekends (in the living room). It's a bit intense so you may hear him laughing and screaming from time to time. We don't smoke or like the smell of cigarettes, so you can't smoke in the house or on the balcony, but you can go downstairs and smoke outside without a problem. No additional guests accepted. Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the house's balcony. Valencia's sky always gives us beautiful colors.
