You will be greeted from floor to ceiling with a view of lake and fells, giving you the perfect setting to your stay. A plethora of wonderful Lakeland walks straight from your accommodation, we are situated on the southern shores of lake Ullswater and boast a private lakeshore. Set on our Estate with a selection of cabins and stone built buildings. A ten minute walk from Glenridding. The space Enter via side steps. Living Room – Lounge and dining areas with large opening doors to the deck give stunning views of Ullswater, Glennridding Dodd and Place Fell. Kitchen – Open plan to the lounge with bar stools at the counter. Wine cooler and high end fixtures and fittings throughout. Bedroom 1 – King bedroom sleeping two, built-in vanity and storage with shower ensuite. Bedroom 2 – Bunk room sleeping four, with built-in vanity and storage. Bathroom – Family bathroom, with freestanding bath and separate shower. Outside – Shared lawns, Estate grounds and lakeshore. Guest access Access – Lakeview Lodges are all raised approximately three feet from the ground – so around six steps to climb. Lakeview Lodge Buzzard and Lodge 3, The Drey are our only ramped access properties. Garden/grounds – They are found on a communal lawn, you have your own private deck. Parking – Provided for up to two cars per property in the first car park on the left as you arrive. WIFI – All properties benefit from their own wifi network. Firepit – All properties are able to use the separate picnic area with a communal fire pit. Pet Friendly – These are our only pet friendly lodges. Up to two pets only, charges apply (Lishman House is also pet-friendly). Washing Machine & Dryer – This property is equipped with its own washing machine/dryer. Other things to note Our properties are equipped to be lived in – from a veggie peeler to a wall map of the lakes, it’s all there. By all means, get in touch if you need anything in particular. So now all you need to bring is your suitcase, yourself… and a sense of adventure. We provide fully made beds and towels for all. We’ll even throw in one complimentary toilet roll to get you through the first day!
