It has a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove and oven, cooking and cleaning utensils, table set and 4 chairs, two comfortable armchairs plus a small desk. The bathroom has a bathtub and 24-hour central hot water. It has COLD/HOT air conditioning. For the cold, there is also an electric heating radiator. And to rest a comfortable double bed, with bedding according to the season of the year in which you stay. Always with extra blankets. Guest access You can use the common areas of the building such as the pool (only for people staying in my apartment, external guests are forbidden), the laundry, and also if you want to use the SUM (multi-purpose room) keep in mind that you must pay a separate cost to be able to reserve it and you must always contact me to make the reservation in advance.
