Guest access The entire building is for private rental, and all rooms are available for use. Other things to note *We have received frequent complaints about noise or smoking. If such complaints from neighbors are discovered, we will charge 50,000 yen as  breach of house rules and an emergency visit expense. If a report is made to public institutions such as the police or health department, we will charge 100,000 yen (as multiple visits may be required for subsequent actions). *If smoking is discovered inside the room, we will charge a penalty fee of 30,000 yen. Additionally, if a report is made, we will charge 100,000 yen as an emergency on-site response expense. *If a fire occurs due to the guest's actions and renders the building or room unusable, or if the fire spreads to surrounding residences due to extension, there may be a possibility of liability for damages. Please note that the host will not be held responsible for any fire-related issues or other troubles caused by the guest. *Due to legal requirements, we have installed surveillance cameras at the entrance (outside) and balcony. Please behave on the balcony as you would in public areas. *If you enter the room without permission before the designated check-in time or check out later than the designated check-out time, we will charge 1,000 yen for every 10 minutes. Please be sure to inform us in advance. *If more people stay than the number of reserved guests, we will charge double the accommodation fee. Please be aware that if there is evidence of additional usage of towels or sheets stored in the room, the additional charge will be automatically applied. *Regarding damages and breach of contract fees for facilities and equipment, in some cases, Airbnb's guest insurance may be applicable.
