My comfortable one bedroom apartment is centrally located place, close to trams and Melbourne City. Melbourne is the cultural capital of Australia, known for its music, art centres and museum. All are within walking distance from the apartment. For the sports enthusiast, the MCG, Tennis Centre and Albert Park are not far away. The South Melbourne Markets and Melbourne's finest restaurants are also close by. The space The apartment is on the 12th Floor. The balcony is a nice breakfast nook, the bedroom and kitchen are separated for privacy. There is a full sized washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole apartment. The 15th Floor is a public area with a gym, lounge and bbq facilities. The floor is closed from 10am-8am. Other things to note The apartment is best for a couple or a single adult. It isn't suitable for children.
