Welcome to enjoy nature and outdoor life and stay in our cozy little house. The house stood empty for about 50 years but has recently been renovated with a gentle hand. Less than an hour to ski resorts. 10 minutes to grocery stores, pizzerias, shopping, ski slopes, ski and bike trails, etc. Nice hiking and fishing opportunities in the nearby area. Approximately 3 km to the nearest lake, 500 m to Klarälven (swimming area). Minimum stay 2 nights, possibility to rent weekly or longer by agreement. The space The house is about 60 sqm and is suitable for a family, or friends, but maybe a maximum of five people. The house has two bedrooms, each with two beds (upstairs) and a small living room with a day bed that can be made into a double bed, a total of 4+2 beds. Complete kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Dining area for 4 people. Shower and toilet. Amenities such as Wifi, Apple TV & fireplace. Grill option. Pets allowed.
