(We have a longboard at your disposal too) Our apartment has modern decor & two closed balconies, one with a hammock & seaview, to relax and rewire. The kitchen features all amenities, such as a coffee maker, oven, mixer and much more. The space The property is located in a building with two elevators and is situated on the 3rd floor. It is a very cozy and bright apartment. There is one bedroom with a double bed and an extra bed suitable for a child. The living room is very well-lit, offering an unobstructed view of a park and a glimpse of the sea. It features a sofa, TV, and a table for your meals or work. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals, including a stove, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, and all basic utensils. The bathroom has a shower. Enjoy the tranquility of Estoril in the hammock. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note 1. Due to government requirements, personal data will be requested to fill out a form for the SEF (Foreign Service and Borders). 2. If you lose the apartment keys, you will be charged 50.00 Euros. 3.
