This includes the two bedrooms, one bathroom, laundry area, modern kitchen and the open layout living area. Guests will also have access to the deck, where they can enjoy the breathtaking ocean view. Please note that any storage or private areas such as the shed or the basement are not included in the rental and are off-limits to guests. We ask that guests treat the cabin with respect and leave it in the same condition as when they arrived. Please let us know if there are any issues or if anything is damaged during your stay. Paddleboard & E-Bike Rental Terms & Conditions We’re happy to offer our guests the use of two stand-up paddleboards and two electric bikes to enhance your stay at Mara’s by the Sea. By renting the equipment, you agree to the following terms: * Rental Rates E-Bikes: $35 per day each Includes helmet & lock Paddleboards: $25 per day each Includes paddle & lifejacket Rental fees are due when you pick up the equipment. Cash, e-transfer, or Airbnb app payment is accepted. * Safety Rules 1 Helmets (for bikes) and lifejackets (for paddleboards) must be worn at all times. 2 Do not use the equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 3 Do not lend the equipment to anyone not listed on your Airbnb reservation. 4 Please use good judgment and stay within your comfort & skill level. ** Guest Responsibility By renting the equipment, you acknowledge: You use the equipment at your own risk.
