Elegant Guest Suite in Ashburn, VA

Enjoy the elegance of our newly renovated eclectic style garden suite in Ashburn. Beautifully decorated with antique & modern pieces. Fully furnished (ground floor) with all the comforts of home - private entrance, 2 bed rooms, kitchenette, big screen TV, movie theater, surround sound, 6 reclining chairs, high speed internet, streaming services, outdoor grill, fire pit, microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, dishwasher. No stove. No washer/dryer * for dog lovers only! We have 2 dogs & 2 cats. The space It’s a three storied single family home. First floor is the guest suite for our Airbnb guests. It is at the garden level and guests have the full access to the patio, outdoor grill and seating area. My husband and I live on the upper two levels with our 2 cats & 2 dogs. The garden is in full bloom from mid March till September, depending on the weather. This space sleeps 4 comfortably (one queen bed, one double bed, one fully reclined couch, one twin air mattress) but has space to sleep up to 6 (4 adults, 2 kids). We have two dogs (English Labs). They are friendly once they get to know the guests. If the guests are not dog people and get annoyed or scared by dog bark, this suite won’t be suitable for them. Dogs spend ample time in the yard. Cats live with us upstairs and do not interact with the guests. Our backyard is fully fenced. We have pathway/ walkway to access the guest suite. These are concrete flat steps. Our guests will have to be able to walk from the driveway to the suite. One has to be careful with their luggage, especially if it’s dark outside. However, we have garden lights and our patio area is fully illuminated for our guests to see clearly. If you want to enjoy the garden, then spring and summer is the best time to visit. We are in the East Coast and the garden is in hibernation during November to February. Guest access Entire ground level suite which includes, Bedrooms, kitchenette, office, living area, movie theater, patio. Other things to note ‼️Our house is 7 min drive from Dulles airport & 3 min drive from Silver line metro station. Downtown DC is 30 min and the closest winery is 6 min away. Park with hinging trail and a gorgeous lake that offer canoeing. ‼️There are nearby hiking path, play ground, golf course, spa, hair & nail salon, coffee shops, outlet mall, Lansdowne Resort and Salamander Resort. ‼️Grocery store, cafe, pharmacy, dry cleaners, fast food restaurants (McDonalds, Taco bell) pizza, Chinese and Indian restaurants and UPS store is within walking distance and about 2 minutes drive. AMC movie theater and other restaurants are 5 minutes away. ‼️We have 2 dogs and they are in the garden a lot. If you are not a dog person, this suite will not be suitable for you. ‼️We have 2 indoor cats who live with us. They don’t interact with the guests at all and don’t have access to the suite. ‼️ If you want to enjoy the garden, then spring and summer is the best time to visit. We are in the East Coast and the garden is in hibernation during November to February. ‼️The suite is self-catering (not on hotel basis) wihich means all necessities and refills you might need during your stay (except thoose ones we left as complimentary) you will need to purchase by yourself. ‼️ For long term guests, the owners will provide the bed linens every 7 days and replace towels after 3 days on guests request only. ‼️We don’t have a washer/dryer and stove. ‼️We have 3 outdoor cameras. One in the patio near the fire pit, one on the deck and one in the driveway. ‼️You are welcome to use the fire pit. We don’t provide the supplies. You can get the supplies from a near by Home Depot.
