Welcome to The Trailhead @ Sinks – a brand-new, fully furnished detached guesthouse on our four-acre property. Located one minute’s drive to Sinks Canyon, The Trailhead includes two king bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, and a bright, airy kitchen and living room. Enjoy the views of the foothills, and relax in the peace and quiet. Ride/run/hike the trails across the street at ASI. You will be five minutes to town and minutes to adventures. Sleep like a baby on Dreamcloud hybrid mattresses. The space Everything is brand new in our 840 square foot guesthouse. The kitchen has quartz countertops and a dishwasher to make clean ups easy. If you like music or good sound with your movies, we have a Sonos Sound Bar attached to the TV. The bathroom fan has a bluetooth speaker built in so you can get ready in style! All lights are fully dim-able so you can set the lighting just the way you like it. The mattresses are high end DreamCloud hybrid mattresses and the comforters are all natural wool from thewoolroom for better sleep naturally.
