The property is located right along the canal lake waterfront with 100% privacy and direct access to the lake. It connects directly to simcoe lake and can be reached by boat. It is a place for you if you need a get away to replenish and release all the pressure. There will be SUP, paddle boat, and kayaks readied for you to enjoy. Feel free to drop us a message for any questions. The space There will be 2 rooms upstairs, and 1 room downstairs for you to use. Each room will have its private bathroom. Kindly do note that we are required to comply strictly to the license and the law to host maximum of 6 people. We must ask our guest to follow this rule completely as over occupying will result to fines and the risk of license being revoked. To minimize the possibility of this occurrence, a fine of $250 per person per night will be charged if there are over 6 people staying over night. We ask kindly for your co-operation and your understanding. Guest access You will have full access to the property. The master bedroom and boathouse will be locked and reserved for the owners. Other things to note Please do note that there is a strict quiet time enforced by the city from 10pm to 7am. (A notice will be provided to you) Therefore if you do decide to book, we kindly ask you to follow this rule.
