Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house Other things to note Please note that we do not provide items such as safety gates, or childproofing equipment. We recommend guests bring any necessary items for their family's safety and comfort. Snow removal: Guests are expected to clear snow when it accumulates to 5cm or more. For snowfall exceeding 5cm, professional snow removal services will be arranged. In the event of any delays in the contractor's arrival, please be advised that we cannot assume liability for slip-and-fall incidents. Snow removal is not arranged for bookings more than 28 days. Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason. Note: There are trees in the backyard. Please make sure children don’t climb them and are supervised at all times for safety.
