Welcome to our charming house with a pool in paradise! Just a 5-minute drive from the impressive Las Estacas park, you can enjoy the warm weather all year round while relaxing in the private pool with a HOT TUB (additional cost). The spacious and comfortable rooms feature A/C to keep the environment cool. Cook your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, use the barbecue, or relax on the terrace overlooking the pool. The space The house has 5 bedrooms, a large dining room, and a kitchen. It can accommodate 13 guests, with a maximum of 15. It is important for you to know that music in the outdoor areas is allowed until 10:00 PM at the latest. You can continue inside if you wish, but the subdivision regulations specify this time, which we ask you to respect, otherwise we will be reprimanded to stop the noise. Guest access Access is through a security booth at the entrance to the residential complex, where you must provide the house address and show an official ID. It is essential that you let us know your approximate time of arrival and confirm half an hour in advance to coordinate the check-in. Other things to note Each room has its own full bathroom, and hand soap, toilet paper, and one bath towel and one pool towel per room are provided. Additional towels are provided for a small laundry fee. Within the subdivision itself, you'll find a small supermarket two blocks from the house, which closes at 8:00 P.M. There and in the town, you can find groceries, a pharmacy, and other shops five minutes away by car.
