Cheerful private room in a lovely rural setting

I look forward to welcoming you to my rural home, 5 miles from St Andrews & the beautiful coast with a neighbouring pub/restaurant. A private double room with use of an adjoining shared shower room. Newly refurbished. There is a kettle, bedding/towels, a small fridge and microwave. There is ample parking and the property has a large garden. I have a friendly spaniel. I also have a lodger living in an apartment downstairs. Guest access Front door access, upstairs bedroom and shower room. During your stay I will provide self check-In instructions but if I’m around during your stay I will come say hello. I am always available via phone or messages.
