Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 as well as a pull-out bed 160 x 200. A landscaped exterior, dining area and space for two vehicles. Village served by SNCF, small Proxi business in the heart of it. Located 30 km from Auxerre and 20 km from Vézelay, the start of the historic Compostela Way. The space 20 m2 living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Large 20 m2 bedroom composed of a large bed with two 90 x 200 bed bases and an 80 x 200 extra bed convertible into 160 x 200. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note Please tidy and clean the space to return it to the condition it was in when you arrived. Pets are allowed in our charming little house under certain conditions: - do not let them climb on the sofa or upstairs. - do not leave them alone in the accommodation - ensure that they do not dig in the garden - collect excrement I also own a Newfoundland, so I am faced with these constraints on a daily basis.
