Complimentary cleaning of the unit, change of sheets and refill of toiletries and freebies once a week for long stays. OTHER NOTES: - A luggage trolley is available to borrow at the condo lobby, kindly return after use. - Please register names of all guests and please send a copy of valid ID for each. The unit is set up for 2 guests and can accommodate up to 4 guests only. - Please note that only light cooking is allowed in the unit. It is prohibited to cook food that causes strong or unpleasant odor. - Please help save energy by not turning on or operating appliances such as the refrigerator and AC if not needed. - Please be reminded that our space is not a hotel. Guests are appreciated to keep the space clean and make up the room during use and before leaving. You must also acknowledge that you are liable for any damages caused during your stay and will be charged to you. Guest access COMMERCIAL BASEMENT PAY PARKING Monday To Friday 60 pesos - First 3 hours 20 pesos - Succeeding per hour Saturday, Sunday and Holidays 60 pesos - First 5 hours 20 pesos - Succeeding per hour Overnight charges 150 + parking fee Shall apply for parkers who enter the parking before 12:00 midnight and leave after 12:00 PM the follorwing day. Note: To avoid the 150 pesos overnight parking charge, we recommend leaving the parking area by 11:45 AM. You can return to the parking lot after exiting if needed.
