Explore nearby streets for local food and cafes, or relax and soak in the peaceful hilltop atmosphere. Just a 10-minute walk to lively Shianbashi while enjoying quiet above the city. The space Most of the exterior and structure of the house remain as they were when built, while the interior features a mix of Japanese and Western antique furniture. On the first floor, you’ll find a living area, kitchen, washroom, toilet, and bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom with four single beds in one shared space. There are no separate rooms, but you can enjoy the traditional charm of a Japanese house, including a rarely seen engawa (veranda). Outside, a small front garden offers seasonal plants and views of Nagasaki’s hillside streets, perfect for relaxing and taking in the city’s unique atmosphere. Guest access The entire house and garden. Other things to note 1.Self Check-In: You can check in on your own. A 5-digit code for the door will be sent to you shortly before your stay. 2.Access & Health: The house is reached after climbing about 60 steps. Guests with mobility challenges or health concerns may find this difficult. Please plan accordingly. 3.Parking: There is no on-site parking. Nearby coin parking is available at TOP24 Parking Higashi-Kojima. 4.Nature & Wildlife: We do our best to minimize encounters, but you may see insects or small animals depending on the season and weather. 5.Local Cats: Nagasaki has many stray cats. Please use window screens when windows are open. 6.Noise: The property is near a main road, so you might occasionally hear traffic.
