Beautiful scenic Sonora desert, Close to golfing, Spring Training Facility (10-15 minutes) , Westgate, City Lake, Sun City, Sun City Grand, Sun City West (offers seven 18 hole golf courses), Cardinal's Stadium (30 min), Restaurants, Parks, ponds, Lake Pleasant in Peoria (approximately 30 min), and so much more. 2 Ring camera (doorbell/Front-driveway) Grocery store within a couple miles (Frys)(approximately 5 min) The space Master Bedroom 1: Queen Bed (linens included), walk in closet (ironing board, iron, hangers) Guest Bedroom: 2 Queen bed and closet (linens and hangers included) Guest Bedroom: 3 Twin bed and closet (linens and hangers included) 2nd floor loft: Love seat with smart Tv (apps can be downloaded/ logins not provided), small desk and chair. Bathroom 1: Master bath, double sinks, soaking tub and large shower. (towels included) Bathroom 2: Shower/tub combo (towels included) Bathroom 3: Powder bath on main level Full Kitchen: Gas cook top, electric double oven, Refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, 3 island stools, kitchen table (seats 4), coffee maker, microwave, toaster, utensils, pots and pans, dishes, cups, glasses, etc. Living room/ main room: Couch and chair, smart TV (apps can be downloaded/ logins not provided), Foosball table. Dining room: Dining table (seats 6) Laundry room: Washer and dryer Front patio: Chair and table Backyard patio: Lounge seating, table and 4 chairs, propane grill (propane not provided) Guest access Guests have access to all rooms except the pantry in the closet that holds cleaning supplies. Other things to note No Smoking inside home/ Outside cigarette butts or ashes should not be left behind otherwise additional cleaning fees will be charged. We do have a Ring Security camera outside the front door (ring doorbell) and on the front of the house (driveway view/above the garage door) We request our guest(s) to be respectful of our home and maintain our home during their stay.
