Auckland city beachs single room

The area has a lot to offer; beaches, Kelly Tarlton's aquarium, supermarkets. Mission Bay also has many restaurants, and Auckland CBD is just 15 minutes away by car, train, or bus. Nearby are a bakery, a wine shop, a dairy, a Thai restaurant, a deli, and a hairdresser. Always fresh Linen & Full communal kitchen to prepare food and eat. The space The private bedroom is small and is good for one person as it has a single bed The room is located on the same floor as three other rooms with 2-5 other people sharing the kitchen and bathroom depending on occupancy. The room can accommodate one. The house also has wifi. Guest access COMMUNAL kitchen and bathroom which are inside the house. These facilities are SHARED with the other guests in the house. (4 other rooms which are AIRBNB) Parking MAY be available please request. Other things to note There is no need to bring shampoo/conditioner. Cheaper than a backpackers dorm and very safe, this is a great place to stay in Auckland. PLEASE BE AWARE: Upstairs is where my husband and daughter live. The room is located directly below the upstairs where my family & I live so there can be noise from footsteps etc. On the lower level, there are four other rooms that are used as Airbnb/long-term guests, you are SHARING a communal kitchen and bathroom. This means the kitchen and bathroom will not always be spotless as you clean up after yourselves.
