Small sandstone house

Our lovingly restored sandstone house - ideal for hikers in the Spessart! * 56 sqm * 1.40 double bed on the upper floor (attention, very steep stairs!) + comfortable sofa downstairs. * Extra mattress on the floor on request * Equipped kitchen * Spacious bathroom * Cozy living room with wood-burning stove. * Dog on the premises Since we often use our “cottage” ourselves, it does not feel like a vacation home - we love our cottage and ask for loving treatment by our guests! :) The space IMPORTANT: Dogs please on a leash in the garden! There is a cat on the premises. The garden is not part of the rental. You can still use it if you get along with us, the dog & cat in the garden We advise 😊 people who can't stand spiders (webs) in the house to refrain from booking. We do our best, but the location, ceiling height and sandstone walls do not allow 100% spider and dust-free 😉
