It is located in the Urdaibai area, a natural area declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 1984. It is designed for those who like and value responsible tourism, for sports and nature lovers, for those interested in culture and/or gastronomy and for those who want to rest and get to know different places The space KORTA is a 55 m2 apartment with private access, two balconies and a private garden. KORTA is a space with energy efficiency of renewable resources that cause less environmental impact. The room has heat recovery ventilation that maintains an optimal temperature and humidity condition inside. KORTA has a kitchen equipped with all the necessary kitchen accessories for its use, a room with a double bed and a 140cm sofa bed in the living room where in each of them there is a 50" TV at your disposal Guest access Barbecue Viewpoint Laundry Other things to note THE NEIGHBORHOOD: A few kilometers away, we can access the beaches and restaurants of Kanala, Laida and Laga. The beaches are very close, and you can access them on foot by a pedestrian-only path. You can also get there by car (2/5 minutes) and by bus where there is a stop at the entrance gate to the farmhouse and from Laida beach you can get to the town of Mundaka by ferry. This environment is located in the center of an extraordinary place between mountains, beaches, estuary and marshland. A strategic place from which you can observe the estuary and the marshes, the antechurch of Mundaka to Mount Gorbeia, places from which you can appreciate the diversity of the ecosystem as specific to this area as the possibility of appreciating the diversity of birds difficult to spot throughout the Iberian Peninsula among other species.
