Soak in your private hot tub, toast s’mores by the fire, cozy up for movie night with our new outdoor projector, or enjoy hours of gaming on the Nintendo Wii. Endless fun awaits you with access to 2 beaches, Aquatic center (seasonal) mini golf, tennis courts, & more. Just minutes from skiing, casinos, hiking and waterparks. The space ■ AMENITY HIGHLIGHTS ■ ● Private, covered hot tub in the gazebo which can be enjoyed year-round, even in the rain or snow ● Firepit, hammock, grill, & outdoor table and chairs. ●The community of Eagle Lake offers 2 beaches, an Olympic size pool- open during summer months, mini golf, tennis court, gym, baseball court, basketball court, a club house with seasonal events & a restaurant. ● 2 bedrooms with 1 full-size bed in each room as well as a pull-out couch in the living room ● 1 full bathroom with bathtub; hair dryer, extra towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner provided ● Kitchen with stovetop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, blender, tea kettle, and pots and pans (there is no dishwasher or full oven) ● Nonstick spray, basic spices such as salt & pepper, coffee, and tea are provided. There is a Brita water filter in the refrigerator ● 42-inch flat screen tv with access to streaming services (you must provide your own log-in) ● Free Wi-Fi ● There is no washer/dryer on site, but there is a laundromat at the clubhouse ● The Gated Community ensures a safer experience; you will need to pull up to the left gate when entering the community and provide the security gate with your name. ● Keyless entry for your added security and convenience of never having to carry a key around with you on vacation ■FAMILY & PET FRIENDLY■ Kids are welcomed with coloring books in the bottom left drawer in the kitchen, as well as kids silverware, plates and bowls. There is an indoor/outdoor high chair in the closet right outside of the bathroom. You will find a dog bowl under the kitchen sink for your furry family member. * Eagle Lake requires at least one renter to be 21 years of age or older. * Please note that Eagle Lake is a vacation only recreational vehicle community- one step above traditional camping. This property is 400 square feet inside. Water heaters in these tiny homes are quite tiny, and water may run out a bit faster than some guests may be used to. The good news is that they do heat back up fast. If multiple showers or extra hot water is needed sooner, the community provides restrooms and showers at their comfort stations and at the community clubhouse. Electricity runs on a lower voltage than a typical home, so using many high-powered gadgets at the same time in the same area of the home may cause a fuse to blow, but it is a quick and easy fix if this does happen. To help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable hot tub experience for all guests, we ask that every guest review our Hot Tub Rules before arrival. ● Please shower before entering the hot tub. Do not use any lotions, oils, deodorants, makeup, sunscreen, self-tanning products, perfume, hair products, etc. as they affect water quality and increase cleaning requirements. ● No food or drinks in the hot tub. Spills and debris will damage equipment. ● Do not use glass containers near or in the hot tub. ● Bathing suits ONLY. regular clothing sheds fibers which clog the filter ● Do not add anything to the water. This includes soaps, bath bombs, bubble bath, oils, salts, fragrances, or any other products. ● Keep the hot tub cover ON whenever the hot tub is not in use. This helps maintain water temperature, conserve energy, and ensure the hot tub is ready for all guests. ● No jumping, diving, or sitting on the cover. ● If you are pregnant, elderly, or have a medical condition, please consult your physician before using the hot tub. ● Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or other substances that may impair judgment or increase health risks. ● Children must be supervised at all times. ● Please tie up hair that is longer than shoulder length to help keep the filtration system working properly. ● Please respect quiet hours and neighboring properties while using the hot tub. ● If you notice any issues with the hot tub, please let us know right away so we can address them promptly. ● For your safety, we recommend limiting hot tub sessions to 15–30 minutes at a time and taking breaks between uses. Exit the hot tub immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or uncomfortable. *Failure to follow the Hot Tub Rules will result in additional cleaning, repair, and/or maintenance fees * The speed limit within the community is 15mph. Any speeding tickets or citations issued to the guest are the responsibility of the guest to pay. *Eagle Lake requires at least one renter to be 21 years old* Guest access Guests may use the firepit, hot tub, grill, hammock, closets, ect. The only area unavailable to guests is the shed. Other things to note FOR YOUR SAFETY There is a carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector. There is a fire extinguisher under the sink in the kitchen. Please call 911 in the event of an emergency. There is one security camera facing the driveway.
