There is room for four people with 2 bedrooms and the possibility of bedding for + 2 in the kitchen/living room. A room with a 160 bed and a room with bunk beds. There is a heat pump, new wood-burning stove, electric heating, cromecast, dishwasher and washing machine in the utility room. The house is located in a cozy green summerhouse area with 10 minutes walk to the Limfjord. The space The house is pet-free and smoke-free. There is no unlimited access to streaming movies and other things for many hours. Internet access is for general use. It is not possible to charge an electric car on the property. Other things to note The landowner association has established a playground with swings, trampoline and ball court about 300 meters from the cottage in the direction of the beach. There is an associated bathing jetty for the association, which can be used for bathing, relaxing on the bench while enjoying the beautiful sunset or as a starting point for children to catch crabs.
