Chestertown Watson Family Farm

This is a home that has been well loved and well used. It is not in pristine condition, but you will feel comfortable. We now have air conditioning upstairs and downstairs! The space Look no further! We have it all! Located on the beautiful Chester River at Comegys Bight, you have access to a private dock, private pool, tennis/pickleball court, a canoe, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards. There is sand to dig in for the little ones, fishing rods, games to play, a swing set and bikes to ride. There are toys inside for kids and games and puzzles for adults. Free wifi. Guest access You have total access to the dock, pool, beach, tennis court and house. Other things to note There is a very nice Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings from 8 am to noon. It is open year-round, but the summer has lots more to offer like fresh fruits and vegetables. There is a gas grill available in the garage. You must use the grill outside of the garage, so to open the garage go in the door and there is a remote control button on the left. There is a small firepit available on the beach. Please do not use when it is too windy and use only down by the water. There are beach toys available in the large box down under the tree on the beach.
