Furthermore, the tiny vacation home has a barrier-free house entrance. The property (garden area) is completely fenced. It has 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one in the attic. A fully equipped bathroom with shower, an open living/kitchen area, smart TV and a sauna. The open, bright living, dining and kitchen area can become the center of your vacation together. The large glass surfaces transfer the atmosphere of the four seasons unadulterated into your four walls. In addition to the high-quality furnishings (underfloor heating, fitted kitchen with modern appliances such as fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, kettle and toaster), you can expect a harmoniously coordinated interior. The lake is just 100 m from the cottage. This is only for the residents of Mühlfeldsee. With your modern holiday home directly on the Mühlfeldsee, you can enjoy your well-deserved days off in 35 m² of living space. The spacious sun terrace and the 175 m² property invite you to relax, have barbecue evenings and socialize. Your fully equipped vacation home leaves nothing to be desired. !!! Vacation home just 100 m from the lake (beach)!!! Guest access Unless otherwise specified or agreed, the rented house is available to you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure. There is no separate key for the house. Upon arrival, you will receive a code where you can enter the rented vacation home. If the arrival is delayed, this does not pose any problems. Other things to note Lake Mühlfeldsee is part of Leipzig's Neuseenland and is right next to the 2000 soul community of Löbnitz in charming surroundings with lots of nature. To the west are the Seelhausener See and other lakes. These were created by the former brown coal farm and belong to the Central German Lake District. In the north, the troughs and the 75,000-hectare Dübener Heide Nature Park are adjacent. By car or bike, there are diverse and varied excursions and cultural offers. So you can explore the nearby nature reserves in Leipzig's Neuseenland and Dübener Heide as well as the inspiring city of Leipzig. Leipzig, about 25 km away, offers you, your children and your friends a diverse range of shopping, recreational, cultural and sports offers – in all weather. From Auerbach's cellar to the leisure and adventure park Belantis, the Grassi Museum, the Mädlerpassage, the Leipzig Nikolaikirche, the Völkerschlachtdenkmal, the Woliday adventure pool, to the world-famous Leipzig Zoo as well as with first-class sports events (e.g. 1st league: football, handball) and the Leipzig Fair, the growing art and culture scene as well as an almost endless culinary selection and variety of pubs, Leipzig offers you a welcome contrast program and a lot of variety. Important information Bed linen and towels Bed linen and/or towels are not standard in the holiday home. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent it from us on site. Towels are 7.50€ per person, bed linen is €10.50 per person. Bedding refers to sheets or fitted sheets, blanket and pillowcases. Duvets and pillows are always ready. If you bring your own bed linen, you will need a sheet of the following size. (double bed 140cm x 200cm / double bed 180cm x 200cm). Sauna The use of the sauna is charged at €0.65/ per KWh. Additional charges (electricity & water) The additional costs for electricity are €0.47 for the KWh. The additional costs for water are €10.00 per m3. (Additional costs in summer with 4 people are about €5.00 - €8.00 per day depending on consumption) (Additional costs in winter with 4 people are about €10.00 - €13.00 per day depending on consumption) Wallbox The use of the wallbox with type2 plug is charged at €0.65 per kWh. Security deposit The renter undertakes to pay a rental deposit of €150.00 in cash upon arrival, of course against receipt. If the house is left without damage and the tenant has complied with all obligations, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the end of the rental period. Any extra costs caused, such as damage caused by you or necessary cleaning costs, will be charged to the deposit. Before your departure, the owner will check the furnishings of the holiday home. Arrival and departure times Unless otherwise stated or agreed, the rented house is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and it must be left by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. There is no separate key for the house. Upon arrival, you will receive a code where you enter the rented vacation property. If the arrival is delayed, this will not be a problem. Phone / Internet A free Wi-Fi connection is offered in the house. Final Cleaning The cost for the final cleaning is €85.00. Please leave the cottage neatly. In order to guarantee the quality of our houses, the final cleaning and the costs incurred are part of the rental. The prices for this final cleaning are listed accordingly. Setup In each house there is: heating, (open) kitchen with fridge, cooking facilities, coffee maker (filter machine) and other important kitchen appliances; toilet and shower facilities. Pets If you would like to bring pets, you must request this extra. We charge a fee of 10.00€ per pet per day. Bike Feel free to rent a bike. Mountain bike 28 "for ladies & gentlemen. The rental price is 10,00€ per day. Bicycle child seat for the safe transport of children between 9 months and 4/5 years (up to 22 kg). The rental price is €3.50 per day. Sup Board Feel free to rent a SUP board. The rental price is 10,00€ per day. The main tenant must be at least 18 years of age. The homeowner has the right to decline a reservation if he thinks the tenants are too young.
