The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The other bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains. Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings. A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the shared bicycle storage room. A washing machine is available for your free use on the ground floor. Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal sources.
