Restful sleep & entertainment • Both bedrooms feature high-quality, medium-firm memory foam mattresses for a restful night’s sleep. • Relax in the living room or master bedroom, both equipped with streaming TVs—simply log into your favorite channels, and the TVs will automatically log you out when you leave. Check-in/check-out • Check-in: 4 PM • Check-out: 10 AM • To ensure our professional cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guests, early check-ins or late check-outs are rarely accommodated. Please book an additional day if you need more flexibility. Important information • Rental agreement required for stays of 14 days or more. • Well-behaved pets are welcome. Pets must not be left outdoors unattended; please crate pets indoors if you leave. They’re free to roam inside while you’re home. • Low cleaning fees: The base nightly rate includes up to 2 guests. Each additional guest incurs a $15 per night fee to cover extra cleaning and laundry. • For your safety, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors are installed. • This is a quiet space for relaxing stays. A dumpster is available on-site for your use. • Transparent Pricing We keep cleaning fees low by paying our team hourly and passing those savings on to you. The base rate includes up to 2 guests. An additional $15 per night is charged for each guest beyond that to help cover cleaning and laundry. • Peaceful Atmosphere Cardinal Cottage is a quiet space meant for relaxing stays.
