The space 1 main bedroom with queen size bed 2 small closets 2nd bedroom- 3 bunk beds and a small couch/bed Main living area- kitchen,- stove top only , microwave, fridge & freezer. (NO oven) A table that converts to a double bed and a couch that converts to a double bed. Fire place/ AC ,TV. Kids : Children’s play ground, dirt driveway to ride bikes. Grass area beside a Willow tree to play lawn games. Fire pit (depending on fire bans) No wifi or cable Guest access Full private access to trailer. private sitting area with BBQ, Fire pit (depending on fire ban) access to children’s play ground. We are a 10 minute drive to a local beach. There is no water access from our property Other things to note Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside trailer. Out side is ok must use ashtrays/fire pit to depose of cigarettes. Please be cautious during fire seasons when smoking. Registration details Provincial registration number: Exempt
