Only a 2-minute walk from the Roustaing stop (tram B), you can easily access the historic center, faculties, train station, airport or Arkea Arena. Shops and supermarket close by. This level of convenience is quite rare! On the other hand, it is a street with simple stalls: do not expect a particular architectural charm. Convenient 🔸 Ground Floor The studio is located on the ground floor of our house: easy access, no stairs. 🔸 Getting around The Roustaing tram station is 100 m from the house. It allows quick access from the train station or airport and to the center. Direct bus to the Arkea Arena concert hall. Tickets can be purchased directly at the terminals on the platforms. To get around easily, think of the TBM app: routes, schedules, real-time traffic info. 🔸Parking: There are no free parking areas in and around Bordeaux. In the neighborhood where the home is located, you can have 1h30 free per day. To do this, you must register your plate on a parking meter or use the easypark app. Sundays and holidays are free. It is also possible for me to rent a location in a nearby residence. The rate is €7.
