Bull Cottage, Sheffield Park
Bull Cottage, Sheffield Park
Description
A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Very much a home from home, you can step into a little bit of history with its numerous period features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and an inglenook fireplace. Cosy in winter and cool in the summer months, it is a great place to unwind and get away from it all, whilst also being on the doorstep of many local walks, pubs and attractions. The space The cottage is very charming and is full of character throughout but has its own unique quirks. Taller people will need to duck when in the kitchen due to the low oak beams, the single bedroom adjoins the king bedroom and please note the bathroom is downstairs. Guest access The cottage will be solely for you for the duration of your stay and you have the private patio area which is the other side of the house to where we will be. Other things to note We have a dog and two cats that will likely come and say hello. They will not be in the cottage with you (although the cats might like to try to get in so you might need to usher them out!) but if you aren’t keen on pets this could be a consideration.
