Our location, steeped in history, is surrounded by the majesty of the Amatzinac River ravine, named in Nahuatl as the “paper river.” From the property, you can enjoy unparalleled views of the majestic Popocatépetl volcano, Cerro Chumil, nicknamed “Monkey Head” due to its curious resemblance to a primate, and the enchanting Cerro del Perro, home to the fascinating Chalcatzingo archaeological site. Although the property has recently been revitalized, it retains the charm of its past, with plenty to discover and develop. We currently have two rooms with a king-size bed, each with its own character and amenities. A standout among our options, the 6-meter-diameter Domo House is strategically located on the property, offering an extraordinary panoramic view of the Chalcatzingo archaeological site. Equipped with a king-size bed, minibar, Nespresso machine, private bathroom, and a private terrace and patio, it is a haven of luxury and comfort. The “Las Adelitas” cottage, located on the property but separate from the main building, offers an intimate and cozy stay 🌿 It features a small terrace overlooking the Amatzinac River, a KING-SIZE bed, and a private bathroom, combining comfort and nature. Other things to note In our restaurant space, we delight guests with an exquisite French-Mexican fusion menu, accompanied by a careful selection of wines and beers. However, those wishing to explore other dining options will find various alternatives in the center and nearby villages. It is important to note that, in accordance with our house rules, outside food and beverages are not allowed as our policies aim to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, maintain cleanliness and provide a consistent experience thanks to our restaurant. However, we understand that you might like to bring some food or drinks of your own, and we'll gladly store them in our refrigerator as long as they don't take up too much space. We also offer exclusive parking for guests within the property, closing at 10 pm to ensure your safety. For those seeking relaxation, we offer massage services by appointment, which include options such as relaxing, anti-stress, deep tissue or hot stones, lasting one hour. We also offer the unique experience of horseback riding with the guidance of instructors from an equine therapy school.
