The Guest Annexe (2-bedroomed)

Well designed separate two-bedroomed self-contained annexe, conveniently located within walking distance of Petersfield town centre and mainline rail station, with rural views towards Ashford Hangers. Situated in the South Downs National Park, the Guest Annexe is also on the Shipwright's Way trail with access to numerous country walks and is a five minute stroll from the legendary Harrow Inn. One morning's breakfast is provided. The space The self-contained annexe which is attached to the main house and with separate entrance, comprises kitchen/diner, sitting room, downstairs loo, own staircase to large landing, two double bedrooms and bathroom/loo. Note if you need less space, the Guest Annexe is also available with one bedroom via a separate listing on Airbnb. Guest access Off-street parking is available for up to two cars. Secure bike parking can also be offered. Other things to note One morning Welcome pack of breakfast provisions are included comprising tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, granola, yogurt, jam, bake your own croissant, pain au raisins and bread rolls. For those walking or cycling the South Downs Way, a pick-up and drop-off service can be offered by prior arrangement, for which there will be an additional charge.
