Private Room in a Great Location!

Keep it simple at this centrally-located place. Conveniently located just minutes away from Downtown St. Paul and the river! Only a 10 min drive to and from the airport and direct bus route! Plenty of restaurants and breweries within walking distance! As for the room, it’s private, spacious and has modern amenities. The rest of the place is shared, but I try my best to have a minimal presence. If you like simple, this place is right for you. FYI: entrance is at the back door, not the front The space The room has a lot of character but has modern amenities! Bed is Full size. Again this is a shared space with me so that’s why it’s priced accordingly. I understand that shared spaces isn’t for everyone! Guest access Guests will have access to their room, the bathroom, the laundry and kitchen. Only place guest has no access is my bedroom. Again this is a shared space with me so that’s why it’s priced accordingly. I understand that shared spaces isn’t for everyone! During your stay I’ll try to be out of the way as much as possible so it feels private but I’m always a message or call away if need be! Other things to note Enter through the back entrance (not the front) by walking through the driveway. There is a keypad entry. Do not park in the driveway or across the street from the house, or in the parking next to my house either. Parking is available in front of my house or on the backside of my home on Michigan Street and there’s a walkway that leads to the entrance in the back. Again this is a shared space with me so that’s why it’s priced accordingly. I understand that shared spaces isn’t for everyone!
