402 Carbis Beach Apts. Spectacular sea views!

**New 23 August 2023** With incredible views of St. Ives bay, 402 is a beachfront, top floor apartment within metres of Carbis Bay Beach. This fully equipped apartment has a large, glass-fronted balcony to enjoy sunrise and sunsets and the master bedroom has the same view. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping the shore! Enjoy the private path down to the entrance to the beach and the benefit of having Carbis Bay station directly behind the apartments for hassle free days out. The space 402 provides plenty of space to relax with two bedrooms (one King, one twin beds) and two bathrooms, one en-suite with a full length bath and a further large bathroom with shower. The kitchen is new and has all the utensils you need. The apartments are located within a secure gated compound with an allocated parking space, no driving around looking for room necessary here. There is a large walkway to the stairs and a lift up to 402 if legs are tired or the shopping has been very successful. Guest access Guests have access to the whole area but are respectfully asked to stay off the gardens which can still be enjoyed by use of the path down to the beach. The gate is accessed by a fob which will be provided for the duration of the stay. There is a large gated car park and a black fob will be provided to the guests for the duration of the stay. These fobs must remain with the property at the end of the trip. 402 has a large balcony at the back and a landing style area at the front where boards and beach stuff can be stored. Other things to note Guests are invited to use the Tommy Bahama chairs (x2) and the Tommy Bahama beach mat for the duration of their stay but to leave them clean and tidy for the next guests. These can be found in the master bedroom wardrobe. There will also be a bowl outside which we'd welcome guests fill with water and dunk their feet to keep as much of the pesky sand out as possible. We are privileged to welcome some amazing guests who leave behind various bits of beach kit, which we'd love you to make use of too. **NOTE JULY 2025** there are no beach towels. These were my own towels and were in the original listing but caused issues and removed for the 2025 season. There may be some photos were the towels are still showing but these are no longer in the guest inventory. The tumble dryer has also been removed due to safety concerns.
