A private room with a bathroom in a working professionals home. The bathroom is across the hallway but you will be the only person using it. Small double bed available with 2 x wardrobe. Kitchen facilities are available. Kegworth is very close to East Midlands airport, train station and Sutton bonington university campus. Kegworth has bus routes to the airport and is also very close to the M1 making it an easy location to commute from. The space A bedroom located in Kegworth Village - Perfect for links to East Midlands Airport, Donnington race track and Sutton Bonington campus. It had been recently renovated and comes with fresh bedsheets. Guest access Please note, I have 2 rooms available so if you’d like to book 2 separate rooms, please message me. You’ll have access to the living room, kitchen, toilet/shower/bath and bedroom. I will be on site during your stay. During your stay You will be able to contact me throughout your stay. I ask for quiet hours between 6am and 10pm due to being a working professional. Other things to note The garden is undergoing work.
