Room with private patio and bathroom

Nice and sunny room with private patio and bathroom full of plants in beautiful Art Deco flat in San Rafael. The flat is located in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods of the city. It is a very authentic Mexican neighbourhood, just a few minutes walking distance from Reforma, Santa Maria and the historic centre. Close to Roma-Condesa too. I am very happy to welcome you in my flat with my cat and I hope to share with you my love for Mexico. The space It is a typical Mexican Art Deco flat. The room is very bright and quiet. It has its own private patio to enjoy the sun, surrounded by plants. At night, it has lights so you can also enjoy the outside space. You will have your own bathroom, accessible from inside your room so you can have as much privacy as possible. It has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk to work at. The door to the room can be locked. Keep in mind that the flat is a bit old, it may not be perfect even though I fix it up quite a bit. That's part of its charm! Mexico City has water supply problems so sometimes the water pressure can be a bit low but there is always hot water for a shower, don't worry. Guest access You will have access to the common areas : living room, dining room, and kitchen. Private area : bedroom, bathroom and patio During your stay I'm usually at the flat but sometimes I'm travelling or working away. But you can always send me a message if you need anything.
